Returns & Exchanges
At Sea Level Sucks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you aren’t, you may return all or part of your purchase within 30 days of your original purchase date.* All items must be unwashed, unworn, and in the original condition you received them.
* Exceptions: Final Sale and Close Out items are NOT RETURNABLE. They will be clearly marked on the website as Final Sale or Close Out items.
- Please fill out the Return/Exchange Form found here: Return/Exchange Form.
- Tell us what you’re returning, why, and whether you would like to return your item(s) for an exchange or refund. To process your return, we need your name, email address, and order number along with the items you’re returning.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs to send us the return. We recommend getting a confirmation number from your shipping provider of choice when sending items back to us. Please ship items to:

Refunds: If you would like a refund on any of our clothing or apparel, once your return is received and approved, the refund will be processed and the credit card used for the initial purchase will be credited for the item(s) returned, minus the original shipping charges. You will be notified by email when your return has been processed.
Exchanges: If you would like an exchange of any of our clothing or apparel products, once your return is received and approved, we’ll send your replacement item(s) at no additional shipping charge. If the item(s) you request for exchange is not available when the return is processed, we will simply process the return and credit your original purchase to the credit card used for that purchase, minus the original shipping charges. You will be notified by email when your exchange has been processed and the replacement items shipped, or if the item was unavailable, that a return has been processed and the credit card used has been credited.
Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take 2-14 business days after your credit is applied for it to show on your account.
